Nelson Ink was established in 1994 by Bryce and Melissa Nelson. Bryce having had a background with screen printing in his father's company as well as a large shirt printer in South Carolina. Melissa's background is Graphic Design. They married in May of 1994 and by September decided they made a good team and started Nelson Ink.
Since then they added promotional products, embroidery and now signage into their product list. They've also added and worked with a number of wonderful people. Please check them out in the Staff Bios area.
Our goal or mission at Nelson Ink is build a long-lasting relationship with our customers. Grow in trust so they know that we are there to help them make good decisions on the items they purchase.

Nelson Ink has been going strong since 1994 and I couldn't be happier. Business is a science and I thrive in this environment. I excel at finding new processes, new techniques and exploring new ideas. Looking at the future and mapping out the road ahead is exciting and rewarding.
There is an old cliche that if you love what you do you'll never work a day in your life. Well it seems I haven't worked since 1994! --Think the IRS would buy that?

Bryce and I got married in 1994 and in the midst of our newlywed bliss decided to start a business. Our marriage and Nelson Ink have been going strong ever since. As we've added to our family, we have also added to our business. We started with screen printing and along the way have included embroidery, promotional products and just recently signage. It's fun designing artwork and trying different variations and utilizing special effects in producing apparel. And, I like to flex my creative muscles working with the wide array and always varying imprint sizes on promotional products.
I'm pleased with the success we have had and the people I have had the pleasure to work with during this journey. I hope you enjoy your journey with Nelson Ink as well.

I love my job! What's not to love, I get to shop and talk on the phone all day. I've been at Nelson Ink since 2002 and in that time have met so many friendly and interesting people. Nelson Ink has a fun and relaxed atmosphere, I enjoy working with my customers and love meeting new clients. Every day has a new experience and I wouldn't change a thing.
On a personal note; I have four children that keep my husband and I very busy. Just like at work every day at home is an experience and holds something new and exciting for me. When I am not at work or with my family, which is a very rare opportunity, I enjoy just relaxing!
My goal is to provide my customer with great customer service and continue to build our relationship. The sky is the limit for the future of Nelson Ink and I am ready for the flight.

 Bruce Brink, Sales Executive
Sportswear and promotional products have been my life. For 20 years I was the clothing and accessories buyer for Arctic Cat Inc. and since 2007 I've switched it up to selling and putting those years of experience to work for my customers. I understand what the buyer is going through and work hard to find the best product and quality at a good price.
My goal is for each of my customers to have a great buying experience here at Nelson Ink.

I am just starting the sales journey at Nelson Ink, I have been working at home doing day care for the past 4 1/2 years so being able to talk to adults all day is a big and good change. Here at Nelson Ink, I believe this is a truly great place with great products. I make many....many phone calls in a day so be aware you might be on my list, just please be kind as I am still getting used to the new lifestyle. I am grateful that Melissa and Bryce Nelson have given me such a great opportunity to explore new options in my life.

Even though I am the newest member of the Nelson Ink family I am the oldest. I am new to the Northern Minnesota area as my son and I moved to Roseau from Fargo. I was not sure if I could find a place to work in the area where I could utilize my years of experience in coaching and sales. I could not have gotten luckier than to land a sales position with Nelson Ink with my focus on schools, coaches and tournaments. In my spare time I will be helping out with the Roseau High School hockey team. I truly enjoy selling a product that clients enjoy buying and Nelson Ink provides those type of products. I love the family feel here and hope in the near future I will have a large group of new friends and clients and hope you will be among them. I also have a daughter who is in her first year of college at NDSU.

I've been an artist for as long as i can remember so for me Nelson Ink is the 'Dream Job'. I'm very lucky to have a job where i can use my background in graphic design and incorporate my creative side to make the best possible designs for our customers. I know working in promotional products, screen printing and embroidery is what I want too do as my career. I feel very blessed to be working for Nelson Ink. I hope to design something for you in the near future.
